The shires of Overland and Underland are large space platforms with a flat surface of 3,333 square kilometers. Each shire is governed by a governor that has a seat in the House of Lords in the Parliament in their respective Tripshire. Additionally, there is an elected member to the House of Commons for every 50,000 registered citizens.
While every shire is self-sufficient, most shires will specializes in a handful of goods to be traded with the other shires, Britain and Earth.
Shires are loyal to their Kingdom (Overland or Underland) which are commonwealths of the British Government.
